Contact me via phone, text, email, or through the form on this website to set up a free phone consultation. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, I will answer any of your questions, and together decide if we are a fit to work together.
Rates
- $155* for each 60-minute session.
- $232.50* for each 90-minute session.
Age
- Sessions are available for individuals 10+.

Session Length
Sessions are typically 60-minutes in duration unless otherwise specified. You may use as much or as little of your scheduled time as you wish.
90-minute sessions are available for both in-person and virtual sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be subject to a flat fee of $90.
No-Show Policy
Unattended sessions will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. I am happy to help by providing any information regarding licensing, expertise, etc. that would help your provider make a decision about your coverage.
Payment Methods Accepted
- E-transfer via your favourite banking app.
- All major credit cards (*subject to a Canadian Credit Card Processing Fee)
Payment is due at the end of each session.
Receipts are provided via email upon payment, and via the client portal.
Other Services
Other documentation, appearances, correspondence, travel, etc. may be subject to my hourly rate (in 15-minute increments) as applicable.
