Therapeutic Goals:
  • to develop an understanding and awareness of personal stressors and how they are impacting your life;
  • to explore where stressors may have originated;
  • to develop emotional balance - where emotions feel manageable without the use of destructive or life-interfering coping strategies;
  • to process the emotions and experiences of the past that are still bothering you today, as needed; and
  • to build skills and strategies to cope more effectively with the present, and navigate the challenges ahead.
